Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients up to flour together; then stir in chocolate chips.
- Use a teaspoon to drop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Try not to eat them all in one sitting.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
