Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients up to flour together; then stir in chocolate chips. 
  • Use a teaspoon to drop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Try not to eat them all in one sitting.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.
