Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. minced ham
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbs. oil
- 1 c. tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 c. chopped spinach
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
Directions:
- Sauté ham and garlic in large saucepan with oil. Add tomatoes, spinach, nutmeg and chicken broth; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add macaroni and continue cooking for 15 minutes until macaroni is tender.
Serves 4.
